NotaSim is a SaaS (Software As A Service) that make invoice processing easier.
The opportunity was improving the brand and website, the challenge was guiding the stakeholders through a design process, and the goal was standing out in the industry and communicating clearly with customers.
Through observation and empathetic research, we discovered more about the company, customer and market. I used the insights to align the brand essence and you can see the result below.
