Nutrien is a leading global provider of crop inputs and services.
The opportunity was to turn the customer journey into a meaningful experience, the challenge was to transform a complex service blueprint into a smooth path, and the goal was to boost employee engagement by increasing user knowledge.
Through qualitative and quantitative data, we uncovered insights about the customer experience at Nutrien — from first to last contact. I used this information to create an interactive presentation with storytelling techniques to enhance learning.
The impact was an increase in sales and customer satisfaction by raising employee awareness of pain points and user goals.
